We are seeking a motivated professional to spearhead our business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Develop persuasive proposals for bidding projects, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Hold a qualification such as an MBA or BBA in Sales and Marketing.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
