Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Containerization Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Linux system administration, container orchestration, and platform management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable container platforms for enterprise environments.
  • Administer and configure Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems for optimal performance.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across containerized and Linux platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to container clusters and RHEL environments.
  • Implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to systems architecture, processes, and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in container orchestration and Linux system administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (v4.x preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Docker, container orchestration, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipeline tools and DevOps practices.
  • Deep understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts in Linux/container environments.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Red Hat certifications such as RHCE, RHCSA, or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
