Software Quality Assurance Expert Job Description

Job Summary

This position involves ensuring the quality of software applications by designing and implementing effective testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technology organization, structured testing methodologies, and unit testing frameworks.

  • Expert knowledge of overall Technology organization and related best practices.
  • Ability to create strong work processes to manage quality of offshore or externally developed software.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test specifications.
  • Application testing (Black Box, White Box, Unit, Integration, Regression, Software Stress and Module Testing).
  • Bug reporting and tracking.
  • Analyzing and generating test data.
  • Managing work across a test team and managing issues/risks as they surface.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • BCS or MCS from a reputable university.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in English spoken and written.
