Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality management systems for clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular quality rounds and weekly checklists to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress.
  3. Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD), Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager to plan departmental tasks and objectives.
  4. Plan and execute internal audits on a timely basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Maintain databases for quality systems and assign and monitor tasks for QA officers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with relevant quality legislation and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Prepare and submit quality round reports and internal audit reports in a timely manner.
  8. Establish and manage quality management systems projects, ensuring timely completion and implementation.
  9. Identify new key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely closure of departmental objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology, is required. Additional qualifications, such as an MBA or internal audit course, are desirable. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
