Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to drive sales growth in IT consulting, web and mobile app development, and project design. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in B2B sales, preferably with experience in generating business from the US market.

The role involves developing and executing targeted sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and engaging potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing market trends and creating tailored strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Leading the end-to-end sales process, including presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and providing accurate forecasts and status updates to leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 2-3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting, web app development, mobile app development, and design projects.

Demonstrated success in generating business from the US market is essential. Experience working with quotas or target-driven environments is also required.

  • Strong knowledge of IT consulting, application development (web and mobile), and project design lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
