About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing communication-specific activities across all mediums and channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promotional Material:
  • Develop and review content for various publications, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, reports etc.
  • Develop and review social media content and communication.
  • Develop, review and edit print media content e.g. press releases, featured articles etc.
  • Update news and events on our website.
  • Communication:
  • Liaise and facilitate schools and offices in their specific content and communication requirements.
  • Social Media:
  • Act as a dedicated liaison between the Communications office and our social media agency for effective planning and implementation of the social media strategy.
  • Manage Twitter, Facebook, Instagram pages, and YouTube channel.
  • Event Management:
  • Coordinate and manage internal events with schools and offices, including picture and content coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSc from a reputable university, specialization in communication/mass communication is an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Well-versed in social media and online communication platforms.
  • Proactive and strong in multitasking.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong pressure management.
