Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our civil projects. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address quality control issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the head office highlighting project status, challenges, or concerns.

A strong background in civil engineering (DAE / B.E) and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and expertise in various construction skills such as renovation work, wood work, plumbing work, sewerage work, pumps, water proofing, BOQ preparation, tile works, safety, building standards, and glass work is also necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Civil engineering degree (DAE / B.E)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Expertise in various construction skills
