Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrical systems specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Install new electrical systems in residential and commercial properties, adhering to all relevant safety and building codes.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on existing electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the electrical system, using specialized equipment and tools to diagnose and repair complex electrical faults.
  • Repair or replace faulty wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, etc., ensuring that all electrical components meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given timelines, communicating effectively and working efficiently to achieve project goals.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times, prioritizing the health and well-being of yourself and others.
  • Keep accurate records of all work completed, including notes on tasks performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical systems preferred.
  • Valid electrician license from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in residential and commercial settings.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and components, including circuit breakers, transformers, and generators.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams, interpreting complex schematics and specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems quickly and find effective solutions.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces if needed.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal, able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, managing your own time and workload effectively.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours if needed, adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines.
