Recruitment Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately gathering and inputting data into our proprietary database.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in data entry and administrative duties, with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to maintain high-quality results within a quick turnaround time.

This position requires collaboration with various teams and individuals, necessitating superior written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to research and gather information from upper management and employees, ensuring seamless data management.

  • Gather and input data into databases, verifying accuracy of valuable company information
  • Review data for errors or redundancies, making corrections and checking output
  • Research information needed for Clients with minimal oversight
Key Responsibilities
  • Create systems and processes to efficiently capture information, coaching the team on usage
  • Generate Leads, store responses in datasheets, databases, and perform quick checks for validity of data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented with superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast typing with an eye for accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, Google spreadsheets, and online forms

In addition to these requirements, we also seek candidates with experience developing internal processes and filing systems. Proficiency in English is a must, and university-level education is preferred.
