Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Your duties will include:

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconciliation & Reporting:
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and general accounts.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Audit & Compliance:
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation.
  • Guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Financial Analysis & Support:
  • Support cost analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Prepare variance reports and identify discrepancies.
Additional Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain organized financial records and support document management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial operations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  3. 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
