Sr. Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Client Success Manager to lead client success and project coordination at our fast-growing design agency.

This strategic, high-ownership role involves taking ownership of the client journey end-to-end from initial contact to final delivery.

Key responsibilities include ensuring every project is a success story by maintaining clear communication with clients, managing multiple projects, and bridging the gap between clients and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from various sources.
  • Lead discovery calls and define project scope, timelines, and requirements.
  • Maintain client relationships through confident communication and timely updates.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and our internal team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Set realistic project timelines that meet client needs while balancing internal team capacity.
  • Manage multiple creative projects using Project Management Tools.
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing, coordination, or account management role.
  • Strong experience with inbound sales and requirement gathering.
  • Confident communication skills, particularly in client calls, negotiations, and setting clear expectations.
  • Ability to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects by strategically aligning client timelines with team availability.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & project management tools, preferably Clickup.
  • A proactive, organized, and ownership-driven approach, ready to take on leadership responsibilities when needed.
