Job Overview

This role requires a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to drive our presales and business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our presales processes, including client meetings, requirement analysis, and technical/commercial clarifications.

Pursuing New Opportunities

  • Pursue new business opportunities through presales processes, including client meetings, requirement analysis, and technical/commercial clarifications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and present customized solutions to corporate clients and C-level executives.

Bid Pre-qualification and Management

  • Support the development of RFPs and provide consultative services in bid preparation.
  • Lead prequalification, vendor registration, and bid management processes with due diligence.
  • Presentation and negotiation of contract terms with customers.

Business/Product Development

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in new product testing and development.
  • Assist in product pricing, marketing, and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecom, or Computer Systems Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role; relevant industry certifications advantageous.
