Senior Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team. This role involves leading software development projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the design and implementation of complex software solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership & Hands-On Development: Lead by example with active involvement in backend (.NET, C#) and frontend (Angular, React, or similar) development.
  • Design, Develop & Implement: Design, develop, and implement complex, scalable, and secure software solutions.
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architecture reviews, and best practice enforcement.
  • Technical Direction: Provide technical direction for Microsoft technologies including .NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and related platforms.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Progressive Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • .NET Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API.
  • Frontend Technologies: Practical experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Microsoft Azure: Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture, services, and security.
  • Database Management: Strong command over Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization.
  • DevOps Tools: Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Software Architecture: Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and system integration.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft certifications (Azure, .NET, Architecture) are highly desirable.
  • Enterprise Environment: Exposure to enterprise environments with complex system integrations.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Containerization: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
