Quality Assurance Engineer Position

This position requires a skilled Test Development and Execution Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze functional and design specifications to understand individual deliverables.
  2. Determine test requirements from specifications, create test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
  3. Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
  4. Prioritize and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines.
  5. Identify bugs, log defects, and nonconformities found during testing; work with the development team to resolve and verify fixes.
  6. Perform functional and end-to-end integration testing to ensure high-quality software products.
  7. Develop daily status reports and test summary reports for stakeholders.
  8. Propose process improvements related to quality assurance.
  9. Conduct regression, performance, and functional testing to ensure software reliability.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Deep understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to deliver high-quality software projects/products.
  4. Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  5. Familiarity with defect logging and collaboration with development teams.
  6. Knowledge of regression, performance, and functional testing.
  7. Ability to propose process improvements related to quality assurance.
