About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Support Services team as a Support Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to high-level client-serving professionals, driving project management and engagement coordination for key account client-serving teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications to advance service delivery
- Gain knowledge of service lines, engagements, and EY's structure, policies/procedures
- Act as knowledge manager for the engagement team, managing internal databases and portals for global team communication and coordination
- Take ownership of engagement economics, collaborating with team members to resolve issues
- Collaborate with account teams, business development, and resource management teams to achieve goals
- Coordinate risk management processes, including engagement letters and regulatory requirements
