Your role as a textile sales representative involves interacting with retail or wholesale buyers to facilitate the purchase of your company's raw materials. This entails establishing connections and meetings with potential clients. Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting prospective customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries about pricing, credit terms, and other matters.
Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for recommending products based on customers' needs and interests, demonstrating and explaining products, offering samples and catalogs, and negotiating contracts, credit terms, and warranties. Additionally, you will provide support to customers after the sale, coordinate with supervisors and colleagues, and utilize various communication methods such as face-to-face conversations, telephone, and email.
