Data Entry Specialist: A Key Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous experience in data entry and administrative duties to provide support to management.
This role requires good written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate extensively within and outside teams.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and input data into databases, verify accuracy of valuable information, and make corrections as needed.
- Review data for errors or redundancies, check output, and implement improvements.
- Research information needed for clients with minimal oversight, utilizing data from automated aggregators to update databases.
- Create systems and processes to efficiently capture information, and train team members on usage.
- Generate leads, store responses in datasheets, databases, and validate data quickly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and online forms.
Daily and monthly responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and inputting data into databases.

- Researching client information with minimal oversight.
- Creating systems and processes for efficient information capture.
- Generating leads and validating data.
