You will be working as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. Key responsibilities include administering infrastructure, providing technical support, and monitoring the system to address potential issues.

Job Description:
  • Administer infrastructure, including storage, databases, and malware protection software.
  • Provide technical support for Windows servers and configure operating systems.
  • Monitor the system daily and address security or usability concerns.
  • Upgrade systems and processes for enhanced functionality and security.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve server-related incidents.
  • Contribute to planning and implementing new projects.
  • Provide 24x7 support through on-call rotation.
Requirements:
  • Active Directory (AD) knowledge and Group Policy Object management experience.
  • Microsoft operating systems expertise.
  • Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V, FusionCompute, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory Policy Management, and Storage Area Networks.
  • Database administration experience (MS SQL/Oracle) with backups and restores.
  • ITIL Knowledge (Incident/Problem/Change Management).
  • Scripting skills in bash, Perl, or Python, etc.
