Audit Director

Job Description:

Ghazanfar Bank is looking for an accomplished Chief Internal Auditor to spearhead our internal audit department. This esteemed professional will be accountable for developing, implementing, and reviewing internal controls, auditing processes, and evaluating operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish an annual audit plan, in collaboration with the Board of Supervisors and Audit Committee, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Plan, execute, and review audits of branches and Head Office divisions to guarantee compliance with established guidelines.
• Report findings, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions to Management and the Board of Supervisors.
• Collaborate with the Board of Supervisors, Audit Committee, and Management to address audit recommendations and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Deliver comprehensive audit reports, highlighting key observations and recommendations.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Three years of managerial experience in banking audit or five years in a similar role within another financial institution.
• Proven expertise in internal audit, risk management, and governance, accompanied by excellent communication and analytical skills.
