Event Planner

We are seeking an event planning professional to oversee daily bookings and coordinate weddings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and corporate events from start to finish.

This role involves hands-on work, requiring the ability to collaborate with a team to plan, execute, and evaluate events.

• Foster strong client relationships to understand their event needs and preferences.
• Develop comprehensive event proposals outlining setup, decorations, venues, suppliers, legal requirements, and timelines.
• Research and source the best suppliers and contractors, negotiating prices and securing management approval.
• Manage all event logistics, including coordinating suppliers, vendors, and services.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and publicize wedding venues.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth execution of pre-event planning and organization.
• Coordinate event staff, handle client inquiries, and troubleshoot on event days to guarantee seamless operations.
• Organize necessary facilities, such as parking, traffic control, security, first aid, and hospitality.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to continually improve event experiences.
• Identify new opportunities for clients and events.
