Responsibilities
  • Process laboratory tests prescribed by doctors
  • Brief patients on laboratory test procedures to collect specimens correctly
  • Hand over laboratory test reports to concerned individuals after verifying details
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining records of excess/shortage according to laboratory policy
  • Verify test requirements with patients and provide necessary verbal/written instructions
  • Handle telephonic and in-person inquiries regarding laboratory tests and schedule patient appointments for special tests
