Skill Immigration Lead

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Skill Immigration Lead to oversee our Australia-focused skilled migration services. The role involves managing end-to-end skilled visa applications, leading a team of immigration consultants, and ensuring clients receive expert guidance on Australia's General Skilled Migration (GSM) programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Consultation & Eligibility Assessment
  • A comprehensive assessment of client profiles for eligibility under Australia's GSM pathways (subclass 189, 190, 491).
  • Providing tailored advice on improving profiles for better success (skills assessment, English scores, etc.).
  • Guidance on point-based assessments, occupation lists (MLTSSL/STSOL/ROL), EOI, and state nomination processes.
  1. Visa Processing & Documentation
  • Managing and overseeing the full lifecycle of skilled visa applications, including EOI submission, Skills Assessment (ACS, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia, etc.), and visa lodgment.
  • E nsuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Australian immigration laws and MARA guidelines.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of legislative changes and policy updates from the Department of Home Affairs.
  1. Sales, Conversion & Revenue Growth
  • Driving lead conversion through strategic sales pitches and expert consultations.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with marketing to run lead-generation campaigns and webinars.
  1. Team Management & Training
  • Leading, training, and mentoring a team of immigration consultants and case officers.
  • Allocating cases, monitoring performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular team updates on immigration policy changes, tools, and processes.
  1. Client Relationship & Support
  • Serving as the escalation point for complex or high-value client cases.
  • Ensuring transparent communication, regular case updates, and high client retention.
  • Building long-term relationships and encouraging referrals and testimonials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Law, Business, HR, or related field); Master's preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Australian skilled immigration services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australia's GSM visa subclasses (189/190/491), state sponsorships, and skills assessment bodies.
  • Strong understanding of the points-based system, PTE/IELTS requirements, and EOI process.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM and case management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in managing a team and handling high-volume case loads.
  • Familiarity with Immi Account, Skill Select, and tools used for EOI and visa submissions.
