Ed-Tech Leader

The Ed-tech leader will spearhead the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative education technologies for the school network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and leverage partnerships with leading Ed-tech providers to enhance the network's capabilities.
  • Conduct ongoing research into international and local Ed-tech solutions to stay updated on best practices.
  • Identify areas within the organization where Ed-Tech can add value and propose scalable solutions for the network.

Project Implementation:

  • Design, execute, and assess Ed-tech interventions to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across functions, teams, and staff to leverage subject knowledge expertise.
  • Develop training programs or learning workshops/boot camps to support teacher development.
  • Provide feedback and support after solution deployment to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Utilize monitoring and evaluation tools to track project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly visit schools to monitor and evaluate projects, ensuring they meet the desired standards.
  • Evaluate project readiness for scale-up and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Create resources that aid effective classroom practices when using technology.
  • Find and collaborate with vendors or contractual staff as needed to achieve project goals.

Team Development and Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and mentor project teams to deliver Ed-tech programs effectively.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed about program progress.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
