Job Description

The Employee Training and Development Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization. This includes analyzing job requirements, career paths, and performance data to identify areas where employees require additional training and development.

To address these needs, the lead will develop a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives. This strategy will be implemented through a range of training methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, mentoring, coaching, and other forms of learning and development.

The Employee Training and Development Lead will also be responsible for conducting effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

To evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, the lead will monitor and assess their impact on employee performance and productivity. Regular reports will be submitted on the success of the programs and recommendations for improvement will be made as needed.

Throughout this process, the Employee Training and Development Lead will maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices in training and development.
