Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax provision and ensure timely compliance process.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely tax papers on a regular basis, handle all information data requests, and maintain thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and year-end close is completed accurately and timely, assist Controller in daily banking requirements, and report monthly financial information promptly.
  • Support budget and forecasting activities, monitor and analyze department work to develop efficient procedures and resource utilization while maintaining accuracy, and supervise general ledger group to meet all financial reporting deadlines.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a tax manager with excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and various tax returns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, MBA, ACCA, CA (student) preferred, and 5+ years of Accounting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, good prioritization, planning, coordination, and time management skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with GL, month-end close, and account reconciliations.
