CARDIOPULMONARY TECHNOLOGIST OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiopulmonary Technologist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will perform non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures, including pacemaker checkups, Holter monitoring, and strain imaging in echocardiography procedures. They will also detect discrepancies in patient reports and collaborate with relevant faculty to resolve them, contributing to the prevention of future discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform complex cardiac diagnostic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  2. Acquire proficiency in new techniques and modalities, including pacemaker checkups, Holter monitoring, and strain imaging in echocardiography procedures.
  3. Detect discrepancies in patient reports and collaborate with relevant faculty to resolve them.
  4. Conduct quality audits within the cardiopulmonary department to ensure compliance with prescribed quality standards.
  5. Develop and conduct educational and training sessions for trainees and fellow technologists on a regular basis.
  6. Collaborate with the biomedical department as needed for equipment repair and maintenance.
  7. Establish effective communication with physicians to facilitate timely reporting of procedures.
