Tech Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent acquisition team and contribute to building a strong tech talent pipeline. As a key member of our IT recruitment efforts, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing high-quality candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Utilize niche platforms like Stack Overflow and GitHub to identify top talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Analyze specialized skills and qualifications to shortlist IT resumes.
  • Pre-Screening Calls: Conduct thorough assessments of applicants' abilities.
  • Candidate Interviews: Combine structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions to evaluate candidates.
  • Forecasting and Hiring: Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Emails: Craft personalized messages promoting job openings to passive candidates.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle every aspect of the recruitment process.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Ensure seamless transitions for new employees.
  • Reputation Management: Promote our company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Job Analysis: Document job duties and requirements through in-depth analysis.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, structured).
  • Technical expertise to explain job requirements for technical roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, Boolean search).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant field.
