Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a Career Accelerator Role where you will drive financial integrity and commercial strategy through accurate reporting, compliance, and governance frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of financial statements for timely and accurate management and statutory reporting.
  • Commercial Strategy: Support the delivery of overall commercial strategy and financial KPI targets.
  • Governance and Controls: Drive monthly Governance Forum discussions, manage Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOx) reporting process, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop direct reports, assist in building a high-performing team, and support professional growth.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-6 years of Financial Reporting/CORporate Finance/Assurance experience.
  • Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling skills, budgeting and variance analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
