Procurement Lead Position Summary:

About the Role:
* Develop and execute procurement plans that align with organizational objectives* Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors to meet business needs* Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors* Review and analyze contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers* Approve purchase orders and confirm delivery of goods and services* Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements* Manage the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term saving* Oversee and manage IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and goods* Prepare procurement reports* Coordinate with finance for timely payments as per credit period designed with vendors* Collaborate with the legal team to finalize and sign contracts with vendors and suppliers* Possess technical knowledge of mining-related machinery and materials

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role with expertise in supply chain management software and tools* In-depth knowledge of contract preparation, negotiation, and analysis* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
