
Business Development Specialist

The successful candidate for the Business Development Specialist role will be responsible for promoting our premium juices and exceptional customer experiences to retailers, distributors, and key accounts in Rawalpindi and Azad Kashmir.

You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Promote our products to retailers, distributors, and key accounts, focusing on effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Rawalpindi and Azad Kashmir market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to analyze sales data.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
