At our company, we are looking for a Sales Growth Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via cold calling and email outreach, understanding their needs and presenting our services confidently.

Negotiation and closing deals with professionalism are also key responsibilities of this role.

The Sales Growth Representative will need to keep all communication and leads organized in our CRM system.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via cold calling and email outreach.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and present our services confidently.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with professionalism.
  • Lead Management: Keep all communication and leads organized in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 6 months–1 year of sales experience (preferably in services/IT).
  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken & written English – non-negotiable.
  • Persuasion and Goal Orientation: Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
  • Availability: Able to work the night shift.
