• Create detailed designs and models of exterior facades using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and clients to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Develop and implement facade systems that ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee the installation of facade systems.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as an Exterior Facade Specialist.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
