Job Description:

The role of IT Support Technician revolves around serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries at the user level, responding promptly to user needs, and ensuring optimal system performance.

This involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for various IT systems, hardware, and software.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for technology.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Installation, Configuration, and Support: Installation, configuration, and support of workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
  • Windows Server Expertise: Familiarity with Windows Server (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Terminal, File Server).
  • Linux Operating Systems: Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Routing and Switching: Routing and switching expertise.
  • Network Fundamentals: Understanding of IPV4 Networks and Network Topologies.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting, network cabling, and connectors.
  • Additional Requirements: Familiarity with Microsoft office365 and Pbx phone system and IP CCTV Cameras is a plus.
