
Receptionist/Accountant Specialist

A highly organized and detail-oriented receptionist/accountant is required to perform a range of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a high level of technical proficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate office administration operations and procedures.
- Manage front office/reception area operations.
- Oversee and direct administration staff.
- Respond to all client requests.
- Maintain the general upkeep of the premises.
Key Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
