ESG Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Specialist to fill this challenging position.

About the Job

The ESG Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting ESG data to ensure accurate and reliable information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of ESG Data Collection: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting ESG data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Training and Development: Providing training to new users on ESG data collection and analysis.
  • Data Collaboration: Collaborating with data owners across departments, facilities, regions, and functions to ensure effective data collection and verification.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Performing analyses, creating dashboards and reports for senior management, brands, regions, and functions.
  • External Reporting: Preparing data, metrics, and qualitative information for responding to external ESG ratings and rankings organizations.
  • Annual Reporting: Contributing to the annual data collection and verification process for ESG reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Environment and/or Electrical disciplines, preferably with a Master's degree from a renowned university or institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in a large organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with ESG data collection and analysis tools.
