Key Job Functions:
  1. Manage and track outstanding WC receivables and liens.
  2. Foster relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, and defense attorneys to resolve unpaid or underpaid claims.
  3. Negotiate settlements on behalf of medical providers and communicate with them to gather necessary documentation.
  4. Review and analyze EOBs, objections, and denials to ensure accurate claim resolution.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving the collections process.
