About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our growth and revenue optimization efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth, scales revenue, and establishes our brand as a leading player in the social media management space.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on driving MRR growth, optimizing conversion rates, and improving revenue performance. They will also possess hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, paid media, automation, and A/B testing tools, as well as a data-driven mindset and creative strategic thinking skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and innovation in marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on driving signups, reducing churn, and increasing MRR growth
  • Own and optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, growth experiments, automation, and funnel analytics
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using key SaaS growth metrics: CAC, LTV, Churn Rate & Retention, Conversion Rates & ROAS
  • Elevate Social Champ's brand as a leading SaaS platform in the social media management space
  • Develop compelling messaging, engaging storytelling, and a strong brand presence across all channels
  • Build thought leadership content that positions us as the go-to tool for creators, businesses, and agencies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or tech)
  • Growth & Revenue Focus: You have a track record of scaling MRR, optimizing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth
  • Technical Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, paid media, automation, and A/B testing tools
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You don't just run campaigns—you analyze, iterate, and optimize based on real metrics
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: You understand brand positioning, storytelling, and how to stand out in a crowded market
  • Leadership & Execution: You can set strategy AND execute, leading a team while staying deeply involved in driving results
