**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior physician leader to join our team.

• Perform comprehensive medical examinations for patients, including initial and follow-up visits. Analyze results and develop effective treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients and prescribe appropriate medication or referrals as needed. Consider factors such as medical history, current condition, and lifestyle.
• Review and interpret medical history data, updating relevant information as necessary. Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records.
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic tests to determine the cause of symptoms. Utilize expertise in medical specialties to guide testing and analysis.
• Interpret laboratory data, review abnormal reports, and order additional tests or referrals if required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements and best practices.
• Schedule procedures and ensure staff and resources are available. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.
• Conduct procedures in accordance with accepted methods. Stay current with industry developments and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate patient services while maintaining confidentiality and privacy. Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.
• Consult with patients after treatments and recommend post-operative care. Provide clear instructions and guidance to promote successful recovery.
• Supervise resident education and training as required. Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors. Prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
