**Key Responsibilities:**

Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards through various processes and initiatives. The role involves conducting audits, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

  • **Audit and Compliance Management:**
    • Conduct audits at supplier sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Verify availability and calibration of inspection gauges and fixtures.
    • Monitor and report on audit results.
  • **Quality Improvement Initiatives:**
    • Identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to implement quality improvements.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
  • **Training and Development:**
    • Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers on quality standards and best practices.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC from manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and practical experience.
  • Proficient level of computer skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
