This includes developing engaging course materials that align with the curriculum and academic standards, conducting thorough and original research in psychology, publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals, mentoring and advising students, participating in departmental meetings, and staying updated with the latest developments in psychology and related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in psychology, utilizing various teaching techniques and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement
- Conduct research in psychology, contribute to the university's academic reputation, and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related queries, fostering their personal and professional growth
