Brand Management Job Description

This role is focused on building and executing effective brand management strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of brand strategies and marketing plans across the organization.
  • Generate reports on target markets, including price structures, marketing activities, sales and inventory records, brand positions, and packaging.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution.
  • Guide pricing across different channels and geographic areas to ensure consistency with strategy.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in Marketing from an HEC recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience.

Required Skills:
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective interpersonal and active listening skills
- Good writing and summarization skills
- Ability to lead others
- Works effectively with a wide variety of people
- Encourages teamwork
- Ability to motivate others to achieve results
- Working knowledge of MS Office
