Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce operations manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our online store. The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, web content management, and online promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage creative content on the website, including designing graphics for web, social media, and newsletters.
  • Upload products and descriptions in a timely manner to ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
  • Merchandise the site to showcase best-sellers and press items, while pushing high-stock items.
  • Daily management of the site to meet commercial targets and maintain brand consistency.

Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze various platforms and prepare a monthly report to present to the marketing team.
  • Analyze site data to optimize sales and conversion rates.
  • Identify ways to drive traffic, conversion, customer retention, and overall online improvements.
  • Monitor customer behavior, Google Analytics, campaigns, and newsletter performance.

Customer Database Management:
  • Manage email database by obtaining data from shops on a monthly basis.
  • Respond to inquiries via email or forward to the relevant person.

Product Management:
  • Maintain SKUs and barcodes in stores and online.
  • Coordinate with stock in charge to handle and ship orders in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce and/or web content management and online promotions.
  • Desirable skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, copywriting, SEO & Google Analytics.
