Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee and guide our solar power plant design team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and mentor the solar plant design team, ensuring exceptional standards of efficiency and compliance in our projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
  • Maintain strict adherence to industry standards and regulations, guaranteeing optimal project outcomes.
  • Leverage advanced design software (AutoCAD, PVSyst) to drive innovative solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in solar power plant design, supplemented by at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and PVSyst.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
