Duties and Responsibilities

As a BBQ Chef, you will be responsible for slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables. You will also braze and grill meat and vegetables, ensuring that they are cooked to perfection. Additionally, you will check that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption, prepare meals according to customer preferences, and track the components of each meal to ensure timely completion.
