Solutions Architect for Enterprise Identity

Drive innovation and implement robust enterprise identity systems to enable seamless access to applications.

About the role:

We seek a senior solutions architect with expertise in enterprise identity management. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our current and future identity services, including authentication, authorization, and access control. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IAM systems, cloud-based technologies, and Agile development methodologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Infrastructure, IT, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure secure and compliant identity solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to mentor junior team members and drive technical decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing enterprise identity solutions using modern and pragmatic IAM practices;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve colleague experience;
  • Mentoring junior team members to grow their technical skills and ensure knowledge sharing;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management;

Requirements:

Extensive experience in enterprise/corporate identity and access management systems;

Hands-on understanding of authentication concepts and implementation details;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;

Experience with designing and implementing IAM systems using cloud-based technologies, such as AWS Directory Service;

Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, such as SOx and GDPR;

Ability to challenge, steer, and implement the future vision and roadmap for Identity, Authentication, and Authorization;

Experience working with scripting languages, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
