Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will manage the complete social media content lifecycle, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and delivering measurable impact across multiple client sectors.

This role involves interpreting client briefs, generating ideas and proposals, producing approved static, carousel, video, and traditional assets, publishing content, and monitoring performance to deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, produce, and publish high-quality social media assets including static images, carousels, and videos across various platforms.
  • Develop traditional marketing materials as required.
  • Maintain visual and messaging consistency in line with each client's brand identity.
  • Conduct focused market and competitor research to understand tone, audience behavior, and platform trends within each client sector.
  • Translate insights into sector-specific content strategies aligned with client marketing objectives.
  • Adapt style, format, and messaging to meet the unique needs of diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and management across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with native-level British English grammar, spelling, and style.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret client briefs and deliver high-quality outputs requiring minimal revision.
  • Strong portfolio of static, carousel, and video content.
  • Proven graphic design portfolio for traditional company assets (flyers, posters, etc.).
  • Proficiency in creative and scheduling tools listed above.
  • Ability to adapt style, tone, and messaging for different audiences and sectors.
