Financial Planning and Analysis Expertise

We seek a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team, contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and data interpretation.

Main Accountabilities
  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational performance metrics to identify trends and variances
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports and interactive dashboards for senior leadership
  • Prepare polished presentations for Management and the Board of Directors highlighting key performance indicators
  • Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
  • Design and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
  • Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and align financial projections with strategic objectives
  • Collect, consolidate, and interpret financial data from various internal and external sources
  • Develop and optimize databases and systems for financial data management
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and business growth
Operational Assistance
  • Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with detailed variance analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as requested by leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and decision-making

This role demands strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • ACCA qualification strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or management reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of financial planning tools and data visualization platforms is advantageous.
