Job Overview

RM Shipping Services is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. This role involves managing the company's accounts, tracking payments from healthcare providers and doctors, preparing tax documents and records, generating invoices for customers, and producing periodic financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for the foreign company, using industry-leading software and tools.
  • Track payments from healthcare providers and doctors, ensuring timely receipt of funds and minimizing cash flow issues.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary tax documents and records as required by law, adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers, maintaining a record of transactions and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Produce periodic financial reports, providing detailed analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex financial models and analyses.
