Digital Content Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team. As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly competitive analysis reports, highlighting competitors' digital content strategies, ad spend, and PR activities.
Monitor competitor campaigns across digital platforms, paid media, and active ads, providing insights into content trends, engagement patterns, and brand performance metrics.
Audience & Community Engagement:
Maintain an active presence in relevant online communities to track audience sentiment, trends, and discussions.
Identify engagement patterns and behavioral shifts in target audiences, developing strategies to enhance brand presence based on community insights.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop content that aligns with business objectives, optimizing content based on audience response and emerging trends.
Support content calendar planning, ensuring relevancy and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1.5 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or insights analysis.
Strong analytical skills with experience in competitive benchmarking and reporting.
Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms and analytics tools.
Knowledge of online communities and digital engagement trends.
