IT System Engineer for Identity and Access Management and Digital Solutions

Position: IT System Engineer for Identity and Access Management- We are seeking an experienced IT professional with 6-7 years of experience and a Graduate degree to join our team.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra and identity management solutions is required.
- Operate, optimize, and strategically develop Microsoft Entra.
- Develop the IAM platform interacting with Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Advise departments and application managers on IAM topics, including user support and process optimization.
- Provisioning and documentation of ongoing operations.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including documentation.
- Training in IT, studies in business informatics, or similar qualification.
- English proficiency; German is an advantage.
- Flexibility, analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ownership and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Teamwork, reliability, independent and goal-oriented work approach.
